S.B.M.S Vriddh Anand Ashram

EKTA world presents you the most melodious ghazal festival were several fabulous voices come together this January 31 and February 1, 2015 to celebrate the age-old art of Urdu poetry. Its melodic renditions in a 2-day ghazal festival called 'Ghazal Bahaar'.

The artist line-up includes stalwarts and luminaries like Ashok Khoshla, Radhika Chopra, Tauseef Akhtar, Gwyneth Glyn, Georgia Ruth Williams, Ghansham Vaswani, Shivani Vaswani, Srabony Chaudhry who have made a big name for themselves by serving this great art of ghazal singing and fresh talents who aspire to take the genre to new heights with their contribution.

Apart from popularizing ghazals, it also has a noble intent attached to it. The funds collected from the two-day concert would be contributed towards augmenting the medical facilities in S B MS Vriddh Anand Ashram which is being run in Akurdi, Pune.

This makes the concert even more special, as it is not just about the music or poetry or the talent, it is about making a difference in the lives of the older people, who are at a critical juncture in their lives and hence need support.
